We guarantee the best available prices. It means that you will not find a better price even at the office of the tour company. Moreover, you can secure yourself by booking in advance, because all tours may be already booked when you come to the office on arrival.

You don’t pay any commission for our services, our services are free for customers. And no credit card fees. We have special agreements with all suppliers and they pay to us. For you as a customer, price is always the same as you would book on arrival, but our website is more user-friendly and we offer special deals sometimes.

By making a reservation through XplorerTours.com, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the tour provider (supplier company) at which you book. Supplier knows about your booking and will provide you with exactly the same tour which you have booked.

Of course, plans change sometimes and you can always cancel. Cancellation is free of charge at any time earlier than 15 days before start of tour period. After 15 days you will be charged 50% of total price. After 48 hours full payment will apply. A tax of 5% to process credit cards will always be applied and will not be refundable.

All tours are subject to reconfirmation. Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt by email. Usually within 24-72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Specifics about confirmation notification depend on the tour. Please read the terms and conditions of the tour you are planning to purchase to see the details.

We suggest you create an account in order to manage your vouchers directly. We send you a voucher on your email after payment of a deposit, please print it in advance or save on your smartphone. The XplorerTours voucher / eVoucher must always be presented to the tour company together with ID. We cannot be held responsible for tours rejected if a voucher is not presented.

Tips are not included in the tour price and tipping is entirely at your discretion.
